• Misconducts related with crime charges such as embezzlement, malpractice, blackmail, theft, bribery, arrangement of private financing and flight capital to oversea
• A violation of law by superior related with the work, or wrongful orders and fact of violation related with relevant law
• Sexual harassment by obscene language and misbehavior
• Other violation of law, or inappropriate work management and all of misconducts judged as a sign of misconduct
